Late Shri Ghanshyam Mahatkar ji was a lecturer of physics of Betul district of Madhya Pradesh as well as a master trainer of physics at the state level. He was the district president of Betul district of our union "Madhya Pradesh Upper Middle Teacher (Higher Secondary Teachers) Association" and the most active establishment member of the union. He connected the teachers of the entire district to the union. Without caring about his life in the entire COVID period, He taught the students through online medium. Taught, as well as provided sprouted food to the patients in the hospitals under the "Nutrition Diet Program" run by him. He used to work for the poor by being socially active. स्वर्गीय श्री घनश्याम महतकर जी मध्यप्रदेश के बैतूल जिले के भौतिक विज्ञान के व्याख्याता होने के साथ साथ प्रदेश स्तर के फिजिक्स के मास्टर ट्रेनर भी थे। वे हमारे संघ "मध्यप्रदेश उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक संघ के बैतूल जिले के जिलाध्यक्ष एवं संघ के सबसे सक्रिय स्थापना सदस्य थे। उन्होंने संघ से पूरे जिले के शिक्षकों को जोड़ा। उन्होंने पूरे कोविड काल में अपनी जान की परवाह न करते हुए विद्यार्थियों को ऑनलाइन माध्यम से पढाया, साथ ही चिकित्सालयों में उन्होंने मरीजों को अपने ही द्वारा चलाये जा रहे "पोषण आहार कार्यक्रम" के तहत अंकुरित आहार भी उपलब्ध कराया। वे सामाजिक तौर पर सक्रिय रहकर गरीबों के लिए कार्य करते थे।
